3. Buy a template ($80) or get your website designed and developed from $770 (get what you pay for)
4. Upload via FTP Program (ie. CuteFTP - FREE)
5. Test your website. Make sure that all the pages are there and loading, make sure all the forms are working. Make sure that the graphics you use are not too large for the net.
